Yoga on the Beach
Enjoy a two-hour yoga class on the beach each morning, taught by
Thea Lloyd, an Iyengar-style yoga teacher for more than 25 years. Emphasis is on alignment while gently encouraging awareness of strength, flexibility and the potential for change. Postures are modified to accommodate all students. While yoga students will find the classes rejuvenating, prior yoga experience is not necessary.
